Horrible service - very bad communication. Will certainly not get a Tesla next time. It is honestly shameful. Very similar view as the other bad reviews. There on time waiting I’m the car, car not picked after 30 minutes I go in, person say well you were in the car so did not want tk disturb you, no one was there or asked me anything. I enter, they say sure but now the car Wil not be ready and we will not have a loaner. Shameful really. One thing is clear is they lost a customer, looking forward to replace my car at end of leasing

Dear official; Turkey Tesla discounted vehicles by around 10% as of 03.11.2023. I ordered “Tesla Y Performance” with the number RN120307181. Tesla Türkiye didn't give me the necessary discount and billed me at a non-discounted price. It caused me a loss of approximately 300 thousand Turkish liras. I want your help with this situation and correct this mistake. If you could help me I would appreciate it. Thank you. Kind regards

Tesla Amsterdam Zuid-Oost is the biggest Tesla store in the Netherlands. It also has a huge servive centre. You can view the cars on display in the showroom, order your cars or online. You can view the powerwall for home installations and they even have small merchandise products on sale. A customer waiting lounge while your car is serviced. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always available. The future of electric cars and renewable energy.

The car was only supposed to be there till last Friday but they didn’t had the partit so that happened I can live with out my car for 1 weekend, even though I did need it but I managed. I have requested that after they are done servicing my car that they will charge it. So i can go to where ever I have to go. They said they will do their best. Meaning = we will not do it… I had just enough to reach my home. Well that’s fine but you know it’s Tesla don’t expect They had to change back light since there was some water in my back light. They forgot to put back the rubber on the screws Last thing I came for the free MCU upgrade. And our friends at @Tesla installed a defect MCU unit. Now my car has to go back to service and I lose my car again. This just happend this week. In a single engagement with Tesla. I would like Tesla to improve their services and don’t force me to trade in my Tesla for a BMW or Mercedes. Since the after service is so terrible. But the car is amazing.

I have a love hate relationship with my 2022 Model 3. Drive and efficiency are brilliant. However; the interior build, paint work and panel gaps are pathetic. I am disappointed everytime I drive it as the pleasure is very quickly replaced by frustration and anger on just how poor this car really is. I have to think back to my 1997 Toyota Carine E estate for compare a worse vehicle and maybe thats unfair to Toyota. My Tesla is not a premium vehicle, it comes with laughable customer service who plainly do not care or are not empowered to care. The facilities are my local Tesla gargage are dirty, smelly and fall far short of almost any other garage I have been in this certury, the grounds around it are a mess also. I have rejected my car twice now, but even the finance company is ignored by them. I'd request a face to face meeting with a Customer Relations Manager who can actually think for themselves who gives a moment for someone who invested 60k in September 2022 whose car is now valued by Tesla as a trade in at 25k, but 35k by a rival company. Even so, one garage openly told me they didnt want my car as a trade in, due to the up and down pricing. So how about it, I'll come to Holland at my expense and lets discuss how Tesla can make me believe in the brand again.
